Sometimes, your email might accidentally send our newsletter to your spam or junk folder, even though you want to get it.

To make sure you don’t miss out on news, events, and updates from River Heads, follow the steps below to tell your email that it’s okay to get messages from us.

We send the River Heads Review from news@riverheads.org.au

If you use Gmail 

1. Open Gmail.
2. In the search bar at the top, type:
   news@riverheads.org.au
3. If you see an email from us, click to open it.
4. Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right of the email.
5. Choose “Add [news@riverheads.org.au] to Contacts list”.
6. If our email is in the Spam or Promotions tab, drag it into your Inbox or Primary tab.

If you use Outlook or Hotmail

1. Go to your inbox.
2. Click the Settings (⚙️) icon (top right corner).
3. Click “View all Outlook settings”.
4. Click Mail, then Junk email.
5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
6. Type: news@riverheads.org.au
7. Click Save.

If you use Apple Mail (iPhone, iPad, or Mac)

1. Open the Mail app.
2. Find an email from news@riverheads.org.au.
3. Tap or click the sender’s name at the top.
4. Tap “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs”.

If you use Yahoo Mail

1. Open Yahoo Mail.
2. Find an email from news@riverheads.org.au.
3. Open the email.
4. Hover over our name, then click “Add to contacts”.
